It's been a wonderful year full of new experiences, lessons and laughter. Now is the time to celebrate your babies first wonderful year of life!

I'm excited to introduce two fun and unique milestone photo session options for your baby’s first birthday –
The Doughnut Smash and the Fruit Smash!
These 30-minute mini sessions are designed to celebrate your little one's special milestone in a fun, creative and memorable way.
For the Doughnut Smash, your baby will dive into a colourful assortment of freshly baked doughnuts, making for an adorable and deliciously fun photo experience! Or if you prefer a healthier touch - alternatively, the Fruit Smash. This offers a healthier twist, featuring a selection of fresh, vibrant fruits for your baby to explore and enjoy, perfect if you prefer to avoid artificial sugars.
Both sessions are quick, playful, and ideal for capturing your baby's natural reactions and joyful moments. Whether you go for the sweet doughnuts or the refreshing fruits, these milestone sessions offer a delightful way to celebrate your baby's first birthday with photos you'll treasure forever!
All the doughnuts, fruit and props are supplied by me - all you do is arrive with your little one!
Sessions are held in my studio in Bedford, Bedfordshire.

All Sessions come with a choice of a private password protected gallery to view or a private studio revisit to view your images & the option to purchase additional JPEGS / Prints
All of your chosen images are printed onto the best quality paper & your digital images are delivered as high resolution files. The digital file collections all include printing rights.
I understand the ease and flexibility of buying the digital files, but don’t let your images sit on a hard drive. The beautiful images we are going to create deserve to be displayed using only the best quality products.
** Once you've been sent your online gallery you will have a week to select your images. Failure to select during this time will result in the gallery being deleted and a admin fee of £20 to recreate it.

WHAT IS A MINI MILESTONE SESSION?
A mini milestone is a celebration your little one turning one. Theres mess, fun and some super cute photos!
These sessions are done on a pre set backdrop (either fruit set up or doughnut set up) and last for 30minutes and we just let your little one enjoy their treat whilst capturing all the smiles, quirky looks and messy fingers!
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?
This depends on when you want your images.
If you’re going to display these photos at their birthday celebrations, share on social media, or use for invitations I recommend booking 4-6 weeks before their birthday to allow enough time for editing, viewing and ordering.
Otherwise if you just are wanting to display these proudly at home, I’d recommend booking as close to their birthday as possible. I advise customers to try book at least a month before your little ones birthday to avoid disappointment.
WHEN WILL MY SESSION TAKE PLACE?
Like my Newborn sessions, I only do mini milestones during the week. I’m happy to work around childcare or work commitments you may have. These are mini sessions and therefore only take place around other sessions that I may have at the studio or dedicated days in the month.
DO WE NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Nope! I will supply all the fruit / doughnuts for these sessions. So please alert me to any allergies your little one may have.
If you’re choosing your own outfit instead of using one of mine I will advise to bring a change of clothes for your little one too.
Parents - there is a chance you may have to help your little one, or place them back - so you may get a touch messy - you have been warned!
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?
These sessions last 30minutes.
WILL I GET TO CHOOSE THE THEME?
No, with these mini sessions the set up is pre-designed.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE FRUIT/DOUGHNUTS ?
Yes - all the edibles are supplied for your session.
WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS ALLERGIES?
Please advise me before your session if your child has any allergies so can plan accordingly.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?
This is completely up to you and every parent prefers something different. I do have a range of outfits available to you to use. Please ask prior to the session if you want to use one of my outfits.
I HAVE TWINS, CAN THEY BOTH BE INCLUDED AT THE SAME SESSION?
If you have twins, triplets or more then we will definitely do their sessions together, but please let me know when booking.
CAN SIBLINGS BE INCLUDED IN THE SESSION?
With these mini sessions we focus solely on your baby enjoying their treat, so sibling shots & family shots are not included.
If older siblings wish to stay they’re welcome to, but I ask you bring them something to occupy their time if they get bored easily.
If you wanted to add on sibling shots please advise me prior to the session and I can advise of the cost involved.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I GET?
The amount of images you receive TO KEEP will be outlined in your chosen session package.
But as a rule I will never stick to a set amount of photos to take /edit for the session. Each session is different and I cannot guarantee how each session will go.
Therefore I never say how many images you will have to choose from, but there is always more than your package includes.
DO YOU SHARE IMAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
I love to share a sneak peek from your session.
I may also use the images from your final gallery on my social media pages as well as my website or blog as a promotional tool. I only do this in a few cases.
If you would prefer your child's images not to be used in this way that's fine too, please just let me know before your session.
HOW LONG BEFORE WE SEE THE PHOTOS?
After your session I ask you to allow me up to 3 weeks to edit and create a gallery to showcase your beautiful images.
You’re either welcome to come back and view your images or I can send you an online gallery to view your images.
At this point, you can choose your images & also let me know if you’d love any additional items such as Prints, wall art and albums.
DO THESE SESSIONS INVOLVE FAMILY IMAGES?
These sessions are designed to capture and highlight your baby. Due to the short time we have together we do not take family images. If you wanted to add on family images we can discuss this prior to your session and I can advise of the relevant costs.
